We are seeking a talented and motivated Competition Law Associate/Attorney to join our team, working on high-profile, complex, cross-border cases across Central and Eastern Europe, alongside more than 450 lawyers in 16 offices, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on antitrust and merger control, foreign direct investment reviews, state aid and unfair trading practices
- Representing clients before national and EU competition authorities
- Conducting competition law due diligence and compliance reviews
- Drafting legal documents, including notifications, submissions and legal opinions
- Working closely with a team of experienced attorneys across jurisdictions
We expect:
- Law degree and admission to the Czech bar (associate / attorney)
- High level of legal qualifications
- Relevant experience in competition law
- Strong analytical and drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of our team
- Fluency in Czech and English
- Experience in an international law firm preferred
