In Prague, our Banking & Finance team is at the forefront of major financial and restructuring transactions across the Czech Republic or abroad. We advise leading financial institutions and major corporations on everything from distressed asset deals and cross-border restructurings to insolvency proceedings and regulatory strategy

Right now, we’re looking for a talented Junior Associate to join us for long-term cooperation, ideally with experience in banking, finance, and/or restructuring & insolvency.
What we’re looking for:
• A law degree from a Czech university
• Experience in banking, finance, or restructuring/insolvency is a plus
• A solid legal foundation and a hunger to keep learning
• A flexible mindset and a love for teamwork
• Excellent command of English
